Aging back pain
I started to experience sharp lower back pain. It could be my aging but it started suddenly where I would feel pain in my back and them numbness down my leg. After a few days of this occurring, my daughter, her husband and my granddaughter decided that they all take me to the doctor.
It was a huge concern to them that I was feeling this way. I do not blame them. My health has started to fall recently. I blame it because my wife is no longer here to take care of me. It was a tough year for me and the family. When my wife passed away, my daughter decided that I move in with her family. I did not mind it too much because they converted their garage into an apartment. I have my own space and freedom. But for the most part we all have dinners together which is nice.
We got to the doctor’s office. I have been seeing this doctor for about twenty years. He was just out of his residency when my wife and I became his clients. Even though he was so young we trusted him. I got up on the table and told him about the lower back pain. He wanted to do a bunch of test but was afraid that I may be experiencing degeneration of my spine. Whatever it was did not sound too great for me. I asked him if he could explain it to my family because I knew I could not do it myself.
back painful ?
I am a little upset that my dog has had the idea this it okay to scratch at my new couch. This is obviously a big deal. I am not thinking about the Laser Spine Institute, in fact I am a little tired of thinking about spines in general. This is not that surprising considering that I am on my 67th post talking about spines. I am almost done writing all this stuff, thought which is an accomplishment. I am proud to say that I for some reason am able to do these articles and am able to write them as I please. I suppose that this an easy thing to do, but it really does take wuite a bit of time and I would like to be done with these by the time it is 9 pm tonight because I would like to go to bed and I still need to take a shower. All necessary things but things that I can not control for now because I need to write these posts. I have a big meeting tomorrow and am a little afraid to show my work because this is a big thing to ask and to ave us all work on. it is money comping from the target foundation and I want us to get the money and it is really very important that we get the money for the work that we do. I know that I do need to call people to get all the information needed. I do not have any lower back pain.
Office and Desk Workers’ Back Pain Risks
If you don’t work in an office, it may be easy to take a sneer at office workers who complain of lower back pain. This may be especially true for professionals who work in high risk back injury environments, such as construction workers, nurses, caregivers, or anyone who might fall or lift heavy objects on a daily basis.
The truth however, is that despite office workers sitting at a cubicle day in and day out may not seem hectic – to you, this constant sitting can take a toll on the back, and lead to chronic lower back pain. If you’re an office worker who sits for up to eight hours a day, here are some tips to prevent injury, or minimally invasive spine surgery. This is very common these days, among back pain sufferers. To take a prevention is better than cure approach:
Take frequent breaks. Go to the restroom at several intervals or make room for a coffee break. Moderation is key when it comes to any form of activity or suggestion. That extra cup of java may indeed be your gateway to getting over a sluggish afternoon slump of exhaustion. Since siestas aren’t allowed in this corner of the world, this suggestion has dual benefits – which are a cup of rejuvenation, and a ounce of prevention from back pain.
Other recommendations include standing when you can. You can also purchase an ergonomic chair or pillow to help with your posture. As a final note, creating an exercise routine helps balance the pressure of sitting all day.
